Overview

Career Coaching

Career Coaching is a premium offering that built on the company’s existing coaching model. Designed to support people navigating burnout and seeking purpose in their careers, it positioned the company to meet rising market demand and expand into higher-value services.

My Role

• Worked cross-functionally to help shape the GTM strategy and product positioning.

• Positioned the offering to clearly differentiate it from 1-on-1 coaching types.

• Ran messaging and price testing to better understand user sensitivity to framing and cost.

• Created all lifecycle and launch communications: email sequences, in-platform copy, waitlist flow and messaging, landing pages, website copy.

Process


Established product-market fit and pricing strategy through internal surveys, pricing tests, and a pilot program.

Facilitated a pilot program to collect early feedback, validate product concept, and inform messaging.

Conducted pricing and messaging tests to inform strategy and used pilot feedback to refine launch assets.

Created all lifecycle and launch comms: email sequences, in-platform copy, waitlist flow, landing pages, and website copy.

Collaborated cross-functionally with coaching, product, and design, teams to
ensure alignment and smooth launch execution.
